Online Exam

International World Science Championship Organization is conducting exams at international level covering boards like Cambridge, IB, Australian Board, AQA, OCR, Edexcel etc for Kindergarten – class 8. Students have to refer to their specific board patterns, Olympiad syllabus provided by International World English Championship is available on our website. The question pattern is of multiple choice.

Interested students can participate in the International World Science Championship from their respective schools or individually. Students from Kindergarten – class 8 can participate in all subjects for Olympiad exams. There are no other eligibility criteria.

School can send bulk entry for all students by downloading and filling their details in an excel file available on Bulk Registration for School sheet, and email it back to: contact@worldsciencechampionship.com. A combined payment link for all the students will be shared to school, which they can use to pay for all students in a single click. Fee is $10 if their are more than 100 Students, else below 100 its $15.

The Fee once paid is neither refundable nor it can be adjusted against another student. Regardless whether the student registered/appeared or missed the exam.

For Kindergarten to class 8th exam duration is 60 minutes. The exam consists of
Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and Fill in the blanks form

The International World Science Championship conducts exams in the English language only. 

International World Science Championship has introduced ‘Online Student Test’ for the Individual students. They can register for it here

No its an online exam, you can appear for it from anywhere, your home laptop or your school computer lab. There is no physical exam, so you dont need to go to any physical exam centre.

There is no limit for minimum or maximum participation from a school in online mode. Minimum 100 students are required for pen and paper mode.

Registration done directly by Parents individually for each student. For this, plz click on the ‘Register Now’ button above to pay and Register.

You need to pay US$15 per student. Once paid you will be redirected to a form, where you can upload all student details and opt for exam date 22nd September/30th September  as per your choice. You will also create a password here, which will be required to login in your exam panel. As soon as you will register, you will get a welcome email from us, where you will get further details as well.

In the form students need to upload school i-card, if they dont have it they can also use school fee receipt clearly showing their name and grade/passport (1st page)/Birth Certificate/Residency Proof/Local-id etc..

Their is also a column ‘Payment/Transaction Id’, in this column students will fill the transaction id they received on their receipt they got over their email when they made the payment. This Receipt has been sent by the payment gateway ‘Stripe’.

Remember this is an AI Proctored exam, System will automatically terminate exam if unusual behavior is found.

Minimizing the browser. Resizing the browser. Opening a new tab. Opening a new program. Taking a screenshot. (Desktop). Pressing Ctrl + C. Pressing Ctrl + V. Pressing Print Screen. Pressing F12. Less visibility in the room. Face not clearly visible. Candidate left the seat. Side face found. Another person found. Mobile phone found. Other objects found such as book, paper, pen, water bottle, glass etc.

Yes its a mandatory requirement for the exam. However during mock test, its an optional requirement.

Once the form is filled students will get a confirmation email and their account will be created. However their Username will not be active, they will be able to access it after 24hrs, post verification. Till then if they try to login, it will show ‘username not found’

You will get 1 attempt for each.

You can login to student panel Please use your username/email id and password created at the time of registration to log into the panel If you have forgotten your password, there is an option to reset it at the login panel page

Dont worry, it happens sometime. Its possible you used a different email id while making payment. Just reach out to us with a payment receipt for form link over whatsapp and email:

Yes everyone gets a certificate and a detailed score card regardless of their rank.
Please note you don’t get certificate for Mock Test, but score card is mailed post exam to your registered email-id.

Yes you can, but we will strongly recommend you to use Laptop/Desktop 

Pen And Paper Based Exam

Participants are ranked on the basis of marks obtained. Hence, after taking the test, students can judge themselves academically at  International level.

Each student is provided a Student Performance Report (SPR). The SPR analyses the strong and weak areas of the student and also gives a detailed performance.

Students are suitably awarded based on their ranking. Prizes for winners are sent to their respective schools. 

Students of Kindergarten to class 8th are eligible to appear for the WEC. There is no other eligibility criterion like minimum marks.
WEC is a single level exam.

All the relevant information is sent to the schools registered with us across countries, along with prospectus, registration forms, posters and other details before the exam. The students come to know about the necessary details from their school teachers or through the WEC official website https://worldsciencechampionship.com

Please let us know the name, e-mail ID, complete address of your school along with name and contact details of the Principal. We will send detailed information and registration forms to your School so that your Principal /  Teacher-in-charge can register your names for the exam.

There is no need to buy expensive books or study materials, all questions will be coming from existing academic curriculum/books of the students. Plz closely follow the type of questions given on syllabus page in website. Sample paper is also available on website.

Certainly. This will give you an opportunity to improve your previous rankings, and if you are successful in doing so, you will again be eligible for certificates and prizes. 

You can request your school authority to send your relevant details  immediately to us. We will accept it if it reaches us before the last date of registration (usually 7 days before the exam).

Results of WMC are declared within 12 weeks of each examination. The results are sent to the schools concerned. The results are also made available on our website.
